At Brow Defined By Justine, we value each & every client!

We take the time to make sure each client receives the attention they deserve at each appointment.  Providing our clients with the highest quality of customer service is the heart of our business!

In order to ensure a safe and sanitary workplace, we ask that you follow our studio policies:

1. All clients must be over the age of 18

2. NO kids or pets allowed due to cross-contamination

3. Limit of 1 guest

We reserve the right to refuse service. 

All appointment bookings require a deposit of $50.00 in order to secure your spot.  Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment, as long as it's within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.  Only a one-time rescheduling is allowed.  If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

This deposit ensures that you're serious about securing your appointment with Brow Defined.  The deposit will also go towards the cost of your service.  All remaining payments will be due at the time of your appointment.  The balance can either be paid by e-transfer or cash.  All deposits are made by e-transfer.

NO refunds are provided for any services.  All deposits are non-refundable.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment or results, please feel free to contact Justine at anytime.  

We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us immediately if you will arrive late, or cannot make your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.  Being more than 30 minutes late to your appointment may result in the cancellation of your appointment, as appointments are usually booked back to back.  If you wish to reschedule, we will require a new deposit.

Results vary with each individual client and are not guaranteed.  Although we give our best efforts to provide you with a 5-star service, and while we do use high quality products/tools, unfortunately we have no control over the healing process (especially when you're at home).  Each client heals differently and at different rates.  It is crucial that pre-care and post-care instructions are followed.

Please note that if you have ever had your eyebrows, or lips tattooed and are interested in a cover-up, you MUST send us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment.  We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these, and we must approve that your eyebrows can be covered up before you book a date and time.  Previously tattooed areas may require additional sessions for the best results.  Rates for previous work done elsewhere by another artist will still apply as full price, unless otherwise stated by the artist.
